PROMOTION OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 AND OLDER
US LAWS GOVERN THIS PROMOTION

1) Promotion Timing/Description: The Pace® Hand-Pick & Win Game ("Promotion") begins at 12:01 AM ET on 10/1/08 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 7/31/09 ("Promotion Period"). One Hundred and Sixty Thousand (160,000) Instant Win moments will be randomly seeded by Sponsor (defined below) throughout the Promotion Period. One (1) in every twenty (20) game plays will be a winning game play. A random drawing from among all instant win entries/winners will be held at the end of each month of the Promotion Period to award the Monthly Prize ("Monthly Prize Drawing"). The Monthly Prizes will not be available instantly. First prize winners will be notified instantly if they have won, and will have the opportunity to instantly receive their prize. See Section 7 below for details regarding how to claim your First prize.
2) How to Play the Game for a Chance to Win a First Prize: Go to www.pacefoods.com at any time during the Promotion Period. Complete the registration page including your name, address, birth date, email address, code from a Participating Pace product and telephone. A free code will be available on the website. The code is the 6-digit alpha-number code printed under the lid of Participating Pace Products. Once completed, click "submit" and you will be taken to the Game play page. Follow the instructions, and you will be instantly told online if your Game play is a winning or non-winning Game play. If you receive a winning Game play, you will be told online how to claim your prize. The Instant Win winning moments will be seeded randomly by Promoter throughout the Promotion Period and will be delivered to every 20th game play. Participating Pace products include: 8, 16, 24, 30 and 40 oz. jars of Hot, Medium and Mild Salsa and Picante Sauce SKUs ("Participating Products"). Game play must be completed during the Promotion Period in order to be valid. Proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed valid unless verified. Limit one (1) Instant Win Game play per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) email address per person. For the purposes of this promotion, a "day" is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:01 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online Game plays made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to play multiple times in one day will be deemed invalid. Campbell Soup Company, One Campbell Place, Camden, NJ 08103 ("Sponsor") assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, stolen, late, illegible, misdiected, entries or mail. If a dispute results as to the identity of an online participant, it will be determined that the online game play was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Unclaimed First Prizes will not be awarded. Information from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of notifying winners and awarding prizes. 3) Monthly Prize Random Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted at the end of each month of the Promotion Period to award the Monthly Prize. A participant is automatically entered in the Random Drawing when they complete and submit the online registration form, and each time they play the instant win game during the Promotion Period. Both winning and non-winning game plays will be entered. Your entry will only be included in the monthly drawing for the month in which it was received, and will not be included in subsequent monthly drawings. One Monthly Prize winner will be selected for each month of Promotion Period in a random drawing on or about the fifteenth of the following month (i.e. the November drawing will be held 12/15/08), by Strobe Promotions, Inc. 535 So. Broadway, Suite 203, Hicksville, NY 11801 ("Promoter"), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received. Monthly Prize winners will be notified by U.S. mail and/or email. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning are dependent upon the actual number of entries received.
4) Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Sponsor, their respective parent companies, the prize providers, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Promotion materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and Promoter, are not eligible to participate. Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Promotion void in overseas APO/FPOs, PR & where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Promotion in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant's eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
5) Prizes/Odds of Winning: Monthly Drawing Prize: One prize will be awarded each month of the Promotion Period. (10) Grand Prizes: Pace for life. Prize to be awarded as a $2,500 check. Odds of winning the Monthly Prize in the Random Drawing are dependent on the number of eligible entries received in each month. Instant Win Game Prizes: (160,000) First Prize: A coupon for any Pace product, with a maximum value of $4. Coupon may be redeemed for either Pace Specialty Salsas or Pace Picante or Salsa. Prize to be awarded as an online coupon. ARV: $4 maximum/each. Odds of winning an Instant Win First Prize: 1:20. Total value of all prizes, $665,000.

Odds based upon an estimate of 3,200,000 total Game plays transacted online over the Promotion Period; actual odds of winning will depend upon the number of Game plays transacted.
6) Prize Restrictions: All Monthly Prizes will be awarded within 4-6 weeks after the drawing month (subject to Sponsor's verification of eligibility). Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions allowed except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case substitution will be of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are responsibility of the winner. All First Prizes will be awarded, provided there are enough instant win game plays conducted throughout the Promotion Period. Unclaimed First Prizes will not be awarded.
7) How To Claim a First Prize: Instant winners will receive immediate notification online from Sponsor after they play the Game if they have won a prize. Winners should print out the winning Game play message to keep a record for their files. To redeem their prize, click on the link provided on the winning game play message. Follow the instructions to print your online coupon. Printing of coupon must occur in one transaction, and should be completed immediately upon winning of First Prize.
8) Monthly Prize Winner Notification and Verification: Potential Monthly Prize winners will be notified by mail and or email. Winner confirmation is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners of Monthly Prizes will be required to sign and execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release and federal and state tax release, and return same, properly executed, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return any or all documents as specified, a prize or prize notification being returned as undeliverable, or potential winner not complying with any term of these Official Rules will result in the participant being disqualified and the Monthly Drawing Prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner.
9) Conditions of Participation: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & the decisions of the judges, which are final. All materials submitted in connection with the Promotion become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, every winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by the Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, it's respective subsidiaries or affiliates and it's respective affiliates, agencies, Promoter, and their employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors and shareholders ("Releasees") from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity.
10) Number of prizes: No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of an error, including but not limited to, printing, production, seeding, technical, computer or human error, or for any other reason, the number of winning game plays distributed or received for any prize level exceeds the number of prizes listed for that level, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received to award the listed number of prizes.
11) Internet: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, or due to any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, equipment failure, including overloading of a website due to excessive use, threatened terrorist act(s), terrorist act(s), air raid(s), blackout(s), act(s) of public enemy, earthquake(s), war(s) (declared or undeclared), fire(s), flood(s), epidemic(s), explosion(s), unusually severe weather, hurricane(s), embargo(s), labor dispute(s) or strike(s) (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage(s), transportation interruption(s) of any kind, work slow-down(s), civil disturbance(s), insurrection(s), riot(s), or any other similar or dissimilar cause(s) beyond Sponsors' sole and reasonable control, then the Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor's sole discretion, to void any entries or game plays at issue, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game and/or sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Releasees assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failures of any kind including computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or for destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Promotion materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Releasees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor or any game play to be served or received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME/SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Promotion in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant's eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
